Although this initiative was founded by members of Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services, it is the intention of the Board of Directors of Firefighters Without Borders Canada to be an inclusive organization. It is our hope that we can count on the various fire departments and emergency service organizations from across BC to partner with us in future international aid projects. Ideally this support will be in the form of directing any decommissioned equipment towards the various projects we support, as well as allowing us to provide volunteer opportunities to attend various training excursions carried out by FWB Canada.
